This commanding piece by Nikki Johnson—visual artist and wife of guitarist Justin Johnson—captures one of the most iconic instruments in Justin’s collection: the Black Flag Guitar by McSwain Guitars.

Inspired by the actual guitar as it hangs in the Johnsons’ home, this bold, large-format painting features the instrument mounted against a matching distressed aircraft aluminum American flag backdrop.
